LeapIQ privacy policy
LeapIQ is a coaching app for fitness studios and gymnastics centres, made by Neetu AI Solutions (India). This policy explains what information the LeapIQ app and its server use, why, who can see it, and how you can have it deleted.
Who is responsible
You use LeapIQ because your studio invited you. Your studio decides why your information is used for coaching (it is the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Neetu AI Solutions runs LeapIQ and processes the information on the studio's behalf. You can contact either your studio or us about your information.
What we use

What the app does not do. The app does not use your camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts or files. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or rent your information.
On your phone. The app keeps one sign-in key in your phone's secure storage so you stay signed in. Reports are not saved on the phone.
Who can see it
- Members see their own reports.
- Parents see only children whose link to them has been verified by the studio.
- Coaches see the classes they are assigned to.
- Studio owners see totals for their studio, not individual reports.
- Neetu AI Solutions staff access information only to run, secure and support the service.
We share information with service providers only as needed to run LeapIQ:
- Akamai (Linode): hosts our server and database in Mumbai, India.
- Cloudflare: protects and delivers our website and server connections. Encrypted traffic passes through Cloudflare's network, which may handle it outside India.
We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
Children
LeapIQ accounts are for adults. A child's information may be added by their studio and seen by their verified parent. Children's movement is not analysed in this version of the app. Before that ever changes, we will record verified parental consent first and update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your studio account is active. When you delete your account, your sign-in is removed straight away and the rest is deleted within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days. We keep a record that a deletion was requested and completed, without your reports. If the law requires us to keep something longer, we will tell you what and why.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Withdrawing consent stops further analysis and starts deletion for that purpose.

We verify requests before acting on them, so that no one else can see or delete your information.
Security
Connections are encrypted. Passwords are stored only as one-way codes. Access is limited by role, and each request is checked against your current studio permissions and consent.

Changes
We will post changes here with a new version number and date, and tell you in the app before an important change takes effect.
