LeapIQ terms of use

These terms apply to the LeapIQ app and website, provided by Neetu AI Solutions (India). By using LeapIQ you agree to them.

The service

LeapIQ helps fitness studios and recreational gymnastics centres give members coaching feedback on their movement. Your studio invites you and decides which features you can use. The app is free to download; studios arrange any payment with us directly, outside the app.

Not medical or safety advice

Measurements can be incomplete or wrong because of camera angle, lighting or the limits of the software. A coach reviews each report before you see it. LeapIQ does not replace supervision by a qualified coach, and it does not tell you whether an exercise is safe for you. Seek medical advice before training if you have a health concern. LeapIQ is not a competition judging system.

Your account

• Keep your password private, and tell us straight away if someone else uses your account.
• You may see only the information your role allows. Do not try to access other people's information.
• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it or copy it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Your studio may also end your access.

Your information

Our privacy policy explains how we use your information. You can delete your account at any time; see leapiq.in/delete-account.

Our responsibility

We work to keep LeapIQ available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a date, and tell you in the app before an important change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
